Let's dive into all the beautiful things about this diamond in the rough.

pros

Beautiful scenery
With 20+ acres of stunning views, there is almost no ugly backdrops.
Me and my Clients took pictures in several different spots.
Most of the areas we were in had shade.
Which was wonderful because this was a warmer day for an October wedding.
The main selling feature is the water (obviously) but the trees and plants around are just as lovely.
With wide open skies, spacious fields, and cozy areas to sit, this place has so much beauty to offer.
It is a photographer's dream.

Spacious property
As I mentioned, this property is over 20 acres.
There is so much space outside for all kind of activities.
Or photographing large groups.

Ample space for parking
Because of this large property, there is an incredible amount of room for parking.
One of the photos on their website showcases how many vehicles have parked there before.
So if you're wanting to have a large wedding, this place can handle it.

Multiple large spaces for different moments of your wedding day
Not only is it a large property, the inside has large rooms as well.
A space for the Bride and her party to get ready.
A large area to serve food, take pictures and dance.
Another large room that my Clients had their tables set up for dining
and a corner for cutting their cake.
There was also another large room that was used for socializing and had an open bar.

Disabled person friendly
Best of all, all of this was on one level.
No stairs to have to deal with.
Anyone in a wheelchair could easily be a part of whatever was going on,
in whatever room it was happening in.

Quiet location
Because this is slightly out of town, more in the country, this was an incredibly quiet location.
Very peaceful and enjoyable to be on the property.

Private
Because of this location, it was very private with the closest people still being far away.
The area you would have the ceremony at was also far away from the road.
So you truly feel alone with only the people you choose to have there.

cons

Honestly, I can't think of any cons for this particular location, except....

Lighting
Some rooms were a little on the darker side.

Budget
The prices are private on the website.
Which tells me 2 things.
1. The price tag is probably higher than the average person wants to spend
2. They are looking for people who are serious about booking this property.
Not just people who are looking at price tags.

So if you are working with a certain amount of money, this place might be out of your budget.

in conclusion

This is an almost perfect wedding venue. The only thing is some of the rooms seemed a bit dark and this could be out of your budget. If you're anywhere close to the Pine Mountain (GA) area, this is definitely a place to consider having your wedding at.
