Not just another cute, rustic barn, this is a diamond in the rough.
Just outside of town, out into what feels like deep in the woods, is this charming little place.
Because I grew up in the country, this place felt like home to me.
There are so many areas to explore. Let's talk about all the things I love about this venue.

Pros

One flat rate / Affordable
One unique thing about this particular venue is there are no hidden fees.
You don't pay $3,000 and then have to pay another $400 to have use of this building or that piece of equipment. Nope. It is one flat rate covers everything!
And that flat rate is surprisingly affordable.
For January & February it's only $3,200.
For the rest of the year, it's $4,000.

Quiet and private location
Deeper in the country, away from town, gives you a quiet, peaceful location.
It also gives you privacy for you and your guests.
Surrounded by trees and opens skies, the only eyes you have to worry about are the animals next door.
And they are so sweet to pet.

Ample Amount of parking
Sometimes, I've struggled to know where to park. Or how will I be able to get out when it's time to leave?
Not here. You have plenty of space to park and leave when you need too.

Multiple Photo Opportunities
Everywhere you go, there is something cute somewhere to pose at.
A beautiful wooden backdrop, a tractor, a door, a wall, the trees, a field, a wooden fence.
On and one. I was constantly wanting to pose my Clients here and there.
And.. "can we take a picture here?"
"Would you stand on that bridge?"
I was a child in a candy store with this beautiful property.
My Clients were absolutely chill and posed wherever I found them.

Charming rustic farm feel
Not just rustic, or a farm, but incredibly charming.
This beautiful place will grip your heart the moment you step onto the property.

Animals close by
As I mentioned above, there are cute animals you can pet or pose with.
For some people, this could be a con. But for all of us, we loved seeing the animals.

Beautiful Scenery Everywhere
There is so many places in this property.
It's almost as if the land unwinds the deeper into you go.
It truly is breathtaking all the hidden places that are here.

Large Reception Space
The reception hall is huge.
High vaulted ceilings, plenty of space for decorations, table and chairs,
and an area for the food and drinks. And after all of this stuff, there's still room for dancing.

Front porch seating area
When you're wanting to relax, rocking chairs are out front. I got pictures of the guests and the Bride and Groom relaxing on the front porch. Truly a touch of home here.

Quarters for both Bride and Groom
There is a room for both the Bride and Groom.
Both rooms are small and easily get cramped if a lot of people are in there at once.
But I still consider it a pro because they are there for our convenience and privacy.

Wheelchair Accessible
Everything is mostly flat and I believe is wheelchair accessible. Which I appreciate for anyone who may have a hard time getting around or who may use a wheelchair.

Is there any cons to this property?

Besides maybe bad reception, and the quarters for the Bride and Groom being on the smaller side of things, I cannot think of any cons to this wedding venue. It is almost perfect.
I truly enjoyed working here and have a 2nd wedding that I will be photographing here.

In conclusion

It might be a bit far for some people to drive, but this charming, beautiful spot in the country is the place to be. The venue that keeps giving. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to go back.
